Mission statement
"to give every athlete that I coach, the tools, structure and processes that will enable them to reach their own personal best

Gerard, is passionate about improving every athlete that comes under his guidance. This includes educating and motivating each athlete to take ownership of their own unique Goals and Aspirations.Whether they are Elite level National and International Athletes or every day Age groupers with their own personal best to achieve.
